I'm considering the kestrel and the shooters. Feb 10, 2017just updated the kestrel ballistics app on ios to version 1.290; Tried to install the new 1.57 firmware on the kestrel 5700 elite, but after the download it still remains at version 1.53!
Dec 2, 2020my 2400abs displayed what the kestrel 5700 elite w/link sent--and the reverse--how else would the kestrel arrive at ballistic solutions without a rf's range? If you don’t already own a kestrel 5700. Jan 15, 2020a kestrel is not necessary, but they are nice to have.
Apr 17, 2018so took my kestrel out sat for some mile shooting. Got the kestrel talking to my leica 2800.com which was awesome. Kestrel link ballistics sees the kestrel, but won't connect.
Kestrel link, on the other hand, connected just find without.
